Today I visited bawa dental clinic regarding my tooth problem. I was highly impressed with the kind behavior and state of art treatment by dr mandeep Singh ji.
Clinic premises are very nice and clean.
Hygienic standards are also excellent.
Behavior of para medical and other supporting staff is also very cordial.
Earlier I have also visited one another unit of bawa dental clinic in sas nagar mohali regarding dental implants fixation under the supervision of dr virender kaur ji , dr ripunjot Singh and dr Navneet kaur. My family has been a patient of this clinic since the 1990s. Over the decades, we came to deeply respect Dr. Bawa for his technical expertise and his genuine, patient-first approach. He was the kind of doctor who would go above and beyond to resolve issues with minimal billing, guided by integrity rather than profit.
Sadly, the same values do not seem to carry forward with his wife and son. Their approach to running the clinic feels more like a business model centered on selling surgeries, often regardless of necessity. What was once a trusted practice has gradually shifted into a family-run operation that prioritizes revenue over safe procedures and compassionate care.
After 35 years of loyalty, my family made the difficult decision to leave. It is disheartening to witness the decline of an honest man’s lifelong work and reputation, not because of his own shortcomings, but because the next generation & dominating wife failed to uphold the ethics and morals that once defined this man's dental practice and reputation. May God help this 'family of Drs' be free from greed.
